Starting a game?

This is probably a really dumb question.

How exactly do I start some of these games I get from Synaptic?

I got Tuxracer to work fine. All I had to do was double click the icon in /usr/games.
But for other games (such as my recently downloaded BattleBall) I just can't seem to figure it out.

Go to a terminal window a hit tux[thenpress tab]. Theyre probably in Games [in the panel] but if they are not, you can start them from terminal window.

None of the games I have downloaded so far appear in the panel.

Using the console sort of helped (for BattleBall). It gives examples on how to set up games, although everything I've tried results in an error. >.<

O well. Thanks for the info. I think gaming is best left to my windows partition.
