Can't connect to tracker and DHT?

Hey, I'm running Deluge on Kubuntu Edgy Eft (It works nicely with QtCurve) and I am trying to download a Naruto episode, however, it seems like it won't connect to the tracker or DHT, tracker gives me the following error:

tracker: "http://ddong.mine.nu:6969/announce" timed out

then tracker status:

Bad response (status code=?)

And DHT status is ? (DHT: ?)

I tried to refresh the tracker a few times but I would always get the same error.

The tracker might be down.

You can run it and wait for a while, DHT may eventually work. It can take time.

The funny part is that it worked just fine for me when I downloaded it via Bittornado.
