howtoGet the linux Doom3 working

hey all!

I've finally got the right file for doom3 linux. doom3-linux-1.3.1302.x86.run.
and I have follow the instrucktions, that say that I should move the pk4.packagees from the cd to the base folder on this file.
but when I go to the terminal and type doom3, which should be the start command. it says like this:
