(K)Ubuntu Font

Hi, I wanted to start making some CD images as well as DVD/CD covers and wanted to know what font (K)Ubuntu uses, where I can get it (hopefully free)?

There has already been discussion in here (http://www.ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=27538). The conclusion? It seems that kassetra won't release the font, so you have to make your own. Hope Canonical will give a reply to this topic...
