Isn't it better to start with Qt 4 directly?
Though, I suppose they are similar enough so that you can quickly learn the changes in Qt 4 once you know Qt 3, but I don't know how big the differences are.

i am getting to the same page i refered to from that link. On the middle of the page there are links provided one of which is download. thats where you get the book.
for some reason i cant get the direct link to the pdf. when you click the link to pdf it simple gives the file to download.

else what you can do is to go here

and search for the book and see if they have download link for the book you search for... hope this helps...
