Why my message were removed?

What are the criteria for putting the messages into the forum.
Which criterias r follwed by the administrator to remove messages from the form? I have submit message only with one link
*** link removed *** into the home though the message were removed: Reason was i am spamming. Plz suggest me.:-k

Just in case you are serious (and not just spamming that link further): Sending unrelated link-spam is considered very impolite in most web forums. That should be common sense to everyone. This particular forum also has a policy page that clearly states that spamming is not wanted: http://ubuntuforums.org/index.php?page=policy
