OK here's how that went.

I then watch and laugh for a minute, because I can't help but laugh every time.

Nothing. Computer is locked up, volume is up high enough to hear it anywhere in the apartment, I'm downloading something that I would prefer to let finish before hard-resetting my computer, I couldn't FIND the volume control plugged into my speakers (it fell behind my desk).
That incessant"badger badger badger" over and over. My god.
