It's a, er, control panel....right, that controls the easy hosting, right, for multiple domains, on a single machine, OK, and it uses LAMP. Oh and it's also easily installable too!!

ehcp hosting control panel primarily supports ubuntu, tested on kubuntu 6.06lts,
but virtually work on other linux distributions with apt-get installed as well.

currently it supports linux'es only with apt-get.

in future, i will also add a feature so that it will detect and install apt-get automatically if not present. this is not the case now.

but. the control panel will always be focused and tested on ubuntu.
Ubuntu will be the primary platform for it.
in fact this is natural because Ubuntu is so easy to maintain...

Damn, bvidinli! Awesome project. i'm sure may people will make use of something like this. I won't, because i have no idea about anything server-related, but I know that a lot of people have servers and they want easy configuration. thank you.

Hi

This looks very interesting and promising.
I have been using ISP config but it is not very user friendly to install or upgrade and ehcp seems to fit my needs better.

Is there any need for installs before installing ehcp or does it install all the progs and services needed?

you only need a clean ubuntu/debian install.
then download and start install.sh

you may also try the newest one, http://www.ehcp.net/download/?id=newtest which is not released to public...
if something is wrong with it,
try normal one... ver 0.28
