How do i enable the UCC, I installed the deb and now I'm not sure what to do:-k

Do you mean where can you find the program? If so, You can start it by navigating to

System -> Administration -> Ubuntu Control Center

it's not there. doesn't open with the commands ubuntucontrolcenter or ucc, and beagle cant find it

Nevermind, a reinstall can work wonders
