Looking for suggestions: where to post a CC thesis?

I've got a master's thesis that I wrote a while ago. Do you have any suggestions on where to publish it (I mean, a server that accepts texts that are licensed under the creative commons; a server that doesn' timpose its own licensing to uploaded work ).

for instance, deviantart does that (they own whatever you upload)...

It's illigal for a server to impose it's own liciencing terms. you may enter into a contract to distrobute under certain terms but thats a crock and I don't recon it'd stand up in law anyway.
