I don't know am i blind or just stupid or there really is no option to minimize Deluge into tray. I know that it is in there when the program is open, but i would like to hide it there too.

I don't know what deluge is, but there's an app called alltray that will allow you to minimize any window to the tray.
http://alltray.sourceforge.net/
After installing it, modify your shortcut to read "alltray applicationname". (i.e. ror firefox, I'd use "alltray firefox")

Ok, stupid little me. How couldn't i figure this out. That's the most convenient just to click on tray icon. Each thing does what i has to do - minimize minimizez, close closes, and clicking on tray icon puts deluge into tray.
PS- I am little sick and tired. ](*,)

Please, I would like to have an option to minimize in tray when cliking on the close button. Some other apps do this way and I think it's a good idea.
Congratulations for your job.

Is it possible to minimize to the system tray in xubuntu?Xubuntu uses Xfce, which is also gtk based. The edgy version of Deluge is based on a Trayicon from the gtk toolkit, so it should work fine.

It does, I had just moved my systray off screen accidentally. Two boneheaded moves in one thread. Sorry.
