Splash screen - it works but not the icons

Hi, i've changed my splash screen changing the value of the key in gnome-session using gconf-editor. When i rebooted the splash screen was changed but the only icon that is shown is the Window Manager one. I don't understand why the other 3 icons aren't shown...! ](*,)
