Skencil?

a while ago i was searching the web for linux vector programs, and i came upon Inkscape, Sodipodi, and a virtually unknown project called Skencil (http://www.nongnu.org/skencil/)

anyone ever heard of it? it supposidly is built in Python from the remains of "Sketch"... and i can't seem to find any info on it.

Anyone very tried it? :)

I'd not even heard of it. When I last went through a spate of wanting to do some vector drawing, I installed Inkscape and was quite happy with it. I'll keep Skencil in mind though next time.
