I couldn't see a better place to post bugs in the forum code.
I just clicked submit and got an error - needed to delimit my tags with commas. I fixed the problem and clicked submit again. I got another error - this time I was told that I had to wait 20s between postings. But I hadn't posted anything else.
Rejected postings should not count for rate limiting.
