I just finished installing Kubuntu, and during install I didn't change the hostname. After the install was finished I didn't like the length of the
prompt, so I went back into /etc/hostname and changed it.
Now I'm getting this message:
"sudo:unable to lookup ubuntu via gethostbyname()"
Is this normal, or did I screw someting up?
I did "sudo apt-get update" and a bunch of files were downloaded.
At "sudo apt-get upgrade" nothing was changed? I do have a brand new install of course! Maybe everything is OK, I just keep thinking I'm screwing everything up! Thanks -- Larry
