Not long ago I tried ZangbandTK on my windows laptop and it was the only roguelike game I liked among the other variants. Now that I'm back home, I noticed that there is no linux version of ZangbandTK. So I started to look for other variants and I found Silmar which is written in java, but the interface is icky to say the least...

Now I wonder where I can find graphical roguelike games for linux? And how hard are they to port (that is, if they're opensource)? :-k

okay, since this has been a LONG time since i wrote this, i thought i might aswell update it :-)

so far the good, modern, graphical roguelikes i've found is IVAN
(thanks freegamer (http://freegamer.blogspot.com/2009/05/fellow-adventurer-turn-back-while-you.html)), lostlaby (https://sourceforge.net/projects/lostlaby) and transcendence (http://neurohack.com/transcendence/) which is coming to linux.

If you've found any additional games, please add them to the list!
