I'm shopping for a new laptop and it seems that it will be a Gazelle Performance and I have a few questions...

1- What is the impact of having the Jet Black Case upgrade when adding the NVIDIA card, is it heavier or thicker than the original case? do you have more pictures of it because the one on the site doesnt show much.

2- I see that there is an integrated webcam in the case and would like to know if it works well out of the box and if it is still available with the Jet Black Case.

3- I will probably be using MythTV on the laptop and I'd like to know if it works good with the s-video output and if dual-screens management is easily done in general (using different resolutions and refresh rate) on both the VGA and S-Video outputs

4- When will Intel Core 2 duo processor be available on your laptops

Those are my questions for now, maybe I'll have more later :D

There is no impact to the size or weight. We now have pictures up. More higher res pics are also on the way.

Yes there is an integrated camers. The drivers are under development - we're excitedly awaiting their completion within a few weeks. You laptop will automatically update with the new driver once completed.

3- I will probably be using MythTV on the laptop and I'd like to know if it works good with the s-video output and if dual-screens management is easily done in general (using different resolutions and refresh rate) on both the VGA and S-Video outputs

I don't see any problem using Myth. Switching to an external display with a different resolution is easy. I'll check on the s-video - our tool configures svideo for you as well but it's been a while since I played with it.

4- When will Intel Core 2 duo processor be available on your laptops

We introduced the Intel Core 2 Duo T5600 today.

For anyone who stumbles across this thread looking for answers: The webcam is definitely supported these days.
