HOWTO install Ubuntu or Kubuntu 5.04 for complete noobs

This guide is useless to anyone who has installed Ubuntu or Kubuntu already. It just gives a quick overview with screenshots of how easy it is that's all. It shows screenshots of GNOME and KDE applications with brief commentary. Hopefully those who hesitate installing ubuntu/kubuntu will realize just how easy it is. Honestly this guide doesn't really need to exist.

After lurking the forums for weeks, I finally decided to sign up just to tell you that I think this guide is really fantastic!

Thanks...it's time consuming snapping away screenshots but many won't try it unless they can see how the installation process will be.

It's very simliar to OSDIR screenshots main difference it's the guide is only around 800KB with all the screenshots and all on one page.

Looks like mrbass's site is broken. Most of the links just revert to the main page. I can verify it does exist!! I read it the other day when browsing the site (which has loooads of other interesting stuff on by the way!)
