What plugins does runescape use??

I want to be able to play runescape here and there while Im working. I always thought it was a flash app. and I have flash installed and running in firefox but it still says 'plugins needed' where the game should launch. Is there another plugin I need? I have java too (if that helps)

Probably the game needs a higher version of Flash player, or Adobe Shockwave (which is similar to flash). The good news is that Flash player 9 is right around the corner for Linux. The bad news is that if it requires Adobe Shockwave, there is no, and no plans for a Linux client.

I have heard that you can use WINE to install the Windows version of Firefox and then install these missing plugins.

That's all you need to play runescape. My son is so addicted to that dang game. ](*,)

I don't seem to find it at the 64bit v. repos.

Any suggestions? I have problem with getting it to work, 1.4 java start but crash. It starts but crashes at load with epiphany.

I have a private server for that. Trust me you might want to quit before it ruins your life. Programming your own is alot more fun. http://moparscape.org/smf is where you can start.
