i was following the tutorial here http://live.gnome.org/GnomeArt/Tutorials/GdmThemes on creating log-in themes and was wondering if there is anyway to preview the .xml file as it will appear after being archived. it's kind of a long process to make changes to the .xml file, archive it, install it in the log-in manager, and restart X to be able to see the changes. especially if you're playing around with the position of the log-in boxes, clock, etc. does anyone know if you can preview the .xml file? i've tried using the browser to open the file but it shows me the code, not the visual output. something about the file not having style information.
