I'm looking to build a HTPC, and am looking for a good mATX motherboard. Many that I have found use Intel's GMA950 integrated graphics, and I was wondering how good the OpenGL support is on those chips. These boards have DVI and/or HDTV outputs on the motherboard, making them perfect for a HTPC. Howeever, now that Myth supports an OpenGL accelerated interface, I want a board that will be able to take advantage of that.

Why not get an external card anyway?

I have a GMA 900 and I run Compiz perfectly smoothly (rarely dropping below 30FPS) with apps open through AIGLX. The drivers are the best out there as they're open-source and I'm sure the GMA950's even better. It'll be fine - the only program I've seen it slow down on is Nexuiz, and even then not much. So it'll be fine unless your going to be doing lots of gaming.

Why not get an external card anyway?
A) because it's a lot cheaper to use integrated video, and a dedicated card is sort of overkill
B) I;m using a slim microATX case, so i have to use a mATX board almost all of which have onboard video already
C) the slim case only has 3 PCI slots on the back, so i don't want to use more slots than is necessary
