Difference between 2.0 and 2.16 Core Duos?

I'm looking at a Serval for my new laptop, and I'm wondering if there is a worthwhile increase in performance from the 2.0 Dual Core to the 2.16. Has anyone noticed that the increase is worth the money? I won't be doing intensive activites such as video editing if that's relevant.

You should be fine with 2.0 - there is a performance difference but Intel always puts a price premium on the fastest processor in a series.
