Amd X2

Hello,

I have my new computer up and running. I have an AMD X2 thing in there.

When I type in
uname -r

I see this
2.6.15-26-amd64-generic

Should I install the SMP kernel to take advantage of my system, or would that bork me in ways that I don't like being borked?

im using the k8-smp kernel on my amdx2

EDIT: I found it in synaptic by searching k8. DUH. #-o
