Hi,
There are several ways to create your own LiveCD. I am using the Ubuntu Customization Kit (UCK) (http://uck.sourceforge.net/) to build Ubuntu CE. There is also Reconstructor (http://reconstructor.aperantis.com/index.php?option=com_frontpage&Itemid=1) which looks nice, but I have yet to get it to work. The only problem that I really have with UCK is the lack of documentation, but once you get the hang of it it is awesome.
Hope that helps, Jereme

Yes, I agree UCK is very good. I have used it a little, in my spare time to mess around with it. It does take up a good amount of space though, you first have to have an Ubuntu ISO then it takes up 3 gigs space on your hard drive to make a customized one. That's not a problem on newer PCs, but on my old one, which had an 8 gig hard drive... big problem.

Thanks for the info. That sounds like fun making a distro.
It must be nice to have an actual reason to do so though. :p If I made one up I guarantee I would be the only person ever to use it.
