Hey everyone,
I ran into your site today while looking at desktops (purchasing one next year sometimes). Very impressed with the layout and such.

Quick question, are you planning on supporting kubuntu anytime in the future? I know you can turn ubuntu into kubuntu with apt-get install somekubuntu-desktop-package. With some things, such as media inferstructure and codecs, it might not be that easy I'm thinking. How easy would it be to get kde working like gnome on a new machine?

Maybe - I just don't know at this point.

It's a pretty simple operation. From previous experience desktops are easier than laptops - this could be different now - last time I gave KDE a spin was back on Breezy.

Even up to Dapper, Kubuntu on a laptop is not as smooth an experience in my mind as kubuntu on a desktop. It will be a lot better in Edgy, as laptop keys are properly mapped and a new power manager applet works more closely with dbus/hal.

That's good to here - hotkeys and power management were sticky points for us. You hit the nail on the head.
