cvscedega crashes

So I'm sure this has been asked. After searching I've seen it posted a couple times but with no answer that I could see. I'm trying to install Starcraft and when typing cvscedega setup.exe I get this:

Any help is appreciated.

I have tried to use wine and it installs and everything but when I try to log onto Bnet it crashes.
