ok I went on to Frank's Corner and followed the instruction on how to install this game (i really didn't need them but I wanted the game to work), now I am following the instructions on how to start the game (cd into the installation directory then type "wine -- warcraft.exe -opengl"). The problem is when I type the above the terminal comes back with
"wine: could not load L"c:\\windows\\system32\\--.exe": Module not found"
Does anyone know what I should do? oh, and if I simply try just typing "wine war3_orig.exe" wich is the no-cd .exe file it says
"ALSA lib seq_hw.c:456:(snd_seq_hw_open) open /dev/snd/seq failed: No such file or directory
err:module:import_dll Loading library War3.exe (which is needed by L"C:\\Program_Files\\Warcraft_III\\Game.dll") failed (error c0000018)."
so I stuck both ways, can anyone help me?
