After a while deliberating this, I've decided that Ubuntu Forums isn't the right place for me. I feel that other Linux distributions fit my needs better, and I consider myself at odds with a number of this community's views as well as how it is run.

Hopefully Ubuntu will change and improve in order to suit my desires again.
