Hi everyone,
I'm desperately trying to find the answer or the right place to post my question.
Where or how do I post my request to include a package in official repositories of Ubuntu?
Yes, I realize that it'll not necessarily be accepted etc, but still, where do I go? Any docs, any pointers?
Thanks in advance!

Thanks! Is this the only way? I mean it's possible to place a passive request there as if I was a user who wishes some software to become a part of the universe, but what if I'm the one from the development team and willing to actively support the product?
Thanks!

You should probably post your request to #ubuntu-motu on irc.freenode.net or MOTU mailing list (https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-motu).
You need to get someone to package this application, then submit it to REVU (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MOTU/Packages/REVU) or other channel for possible inclusion to Ubuntu.
I'm not sure what's the more official channel for this, Debian has http://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/requested.
Submitting a bug report to MOTU without asking first sounds bit rude.
