First I want to say that this postcast is a great idea, it gives a real human face to ubuntu and is very practical (I can now learn about ubuntu even on my bicycle).
I must say that people who give their time for this purpose are to be thanks. However I must admit that when I first listen to it (episode 11) I found it a bit... messy. No offence but I have the impression that there is a little lack of preparation or of organization among the subjects and the people, even if I understand that this is just the beginning and that you guys have to learn the job too.
So please do not take that as personal criticism, but as a way to encourage you to go towards a real pleasant and instructive show for your audience…

I agree, earlier episodes seemed to be much better prepared.

These days, you go through maybe twice the stuff that you went through in earlier episodes, but it takes you four times longer.

Tomboy is your friend (for keeping show notes and a list of things to cover) :p

Well I can only speak for me an sal since im not sure exactly how josh and Tj plan their show, but personaly we do hours of planning before hand and as of our next kubuntu cast (epp 14 next week) we will be releasing the pre-show discussion for those that want to hear it.

We have a very specific set of items and soon we will be recording each item individualy as show topics, but again thats kubuntu cast specific.

Thanks for the feedback, we are always striving to improve the show and like to hear all and any feedback... :)
