Creating KDE themes?

I've already found a site ( http://live.gnome.org/GnomeArt/Tutorials ) on how to create Gnome themes, but I can't seem to find one about KDE ](*,)

Does anyone know such a site (and no, I'm not looking for something like kde-look.org , I want to know about creating such themes.

Any ideas? Google doesn't turn up anything, and that seems highly strange to me :-k

Nope, that's not it (but thanks).

I need things like where the icons and such have to be stored in a theme, and how everything interacts.

It's because I'm going to try and make a GTK <=> QT converter.
