EasyUbuntu - Server Down???

Hi All,

I've been trying to get easyubuntu for two days now and each time the server is down. Anyone know what's going on or when it is going to be back up? Or is it just me being unable to connect to easyubuntu.freecontrib.org? I found some mirror sites, but all the commands lead you to download the file from freecontrib.org... Any ideas?

Same thing for me. Trying to get my desktop up and running. I did this succesfully last week for my notebook. So sad!](*,)

Hi to all that look vor Easy-Ubuntu.
i have the same Problem. Server down.... but there is a solution ;)

Automatix is able to do more than easyubuntu in an easy way

you should also be more clear that automatix also manipulates your sources.list on a more dangerous way, and it also install some packages which may cause problems and can't be uninstalled...

I have experienced it myself and I have seen a lot of people get into this problems after using it...
