Should any Backports be open?

I opened all the Backports in my sources.lst and, of course got all kinds of error messages when I refreshed. Should ANY Backport sources be unhatched? If so, which? Thanks.

Mine are open and I have no problems:

deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu dapper-backports main restricted universe multiverse

There are several, but that is the one that was originally open on mine before I opened the rest. I assume the other Backports are closed in your sources.lst.
