Make a bootable modificated ubuntu cd

I have done some small modification on my Ubuntu, and now I want to burn it on a CD so I can install the modificated version on my 2nd computer.
I have read about Slipstreaming Window XP and wonder how I do this with Ubuntu/Linux.
