Will the Bonobo, at some point, feature the Core Duo processor as well (or even better, the Core 2 Duo)? I was surprised to see that it's still running the older Centrino processor. You have a nice line-up.

We will feature a 17" Core Duo laptop. No ETA yet - could be as long as six months.

Thanks for the honesty there... I like what I see in your lineup regardless. I am in the market for a laptop but I don't know when I'll be ready to pull the trigger. I'm also not necessarily "married" to the 17 inch screen, but I'll admit that it factors somewhat highly in my personal requirements. As a developer, the 17 inch screen makes using GUI developer tools like MonoDevelop so much easier. While the screen may or may not be a showstopper for me, however, the CPU is.

I also like what I see in your mini PC's alot. I hope I can be a customer for you at some point.

17" screens make a lot of sense for a developer - although if you have to tote it around your back may start to feel it. Personally I'm into thin and light notebooks.

The Core Duo's are nice - more processing power and they use less battery. We've been very happy with them.

on this note will AMD 64s be offered in the future? I personaly despise Intel and would like a better option.

We offer AMD processors in our Desktop and Server line but not in our laptop line. We won't be offering AMD in our laptop line anytime soon.

hmm and the laptops are the only ones I'm intrested in, Desktops I can build myself and I'd have to see your servers to really see if I like them.

Intel's has done an extraordinary job within the laptop market. It's going to be tough for AMD to catch up. Then again AMD is very competitive so it may happen sooner than I think.

Servers are expected by the end of the month.
