Ok, I may be one of the few, however, I noticed the warning that said that I may be installing some things that may be illegal in my country. I have a suggestion. Why not tell me what things 'may' be illegal in my country? So I can 1. Knowledgeably ignore the law, or 2. Lawfully un-select that item. It is difficult to know what I'm suppose to do to be a lawfull citizen. Isn't there a way to let me know what is and is not allowed? Instead of warning me I may be doing something illegal. That is a little vague.

It would be very difficult for the author of a given piece of software to publish a comprehensive list of local laws for every state or country, bear in mind, he or she has written the software in their own free time, with little or no financial backing, and that laws are always changing, which would mean updating any list that was produced...that's alot of work for what sombody may have done as a hobby or to fill a void they felt need filling.
The responsibility of checking local laws is passed over to the individual installing the software, the author has warned you that it has restrictions and should be checked, and without knowing what software your looking to install, no-one here can help you find out.

That is understood, however, I don't even know what check box may have been illegal. I check multiple boxes and install, that is why it is called Easy Ubuntu. If they could just give us a little hint of what box may be the illegal one, I would know what to uncheck and proceed.

Just had a play with Easy Ubuntu, and i got the same error as you. When you select the software, and you get the warning, you should get a dialogue box open up (see screenie) the restricted ones come under 'NOT AUTHENTICATED' so all you have to do is clickon the little arrow to the left of the text, for a list of restricted software.
Did you get the box?

No I didn't get the box. I think my Kubuntu sources.list is messed up. I'm glad to hear they have a way of letting you know what you may be installing that is illegal. Thanks for the info.
