"donation" ... gawd, that sounds so flat and boring and ordinary. So distant from the actual people of "Team Ubuntu".
Money does not make coding happen. Pizza and Mountain Dew make code happen.
That said, I'm calling for a "Pizza Drive." If you haven't already, click on one of those donation links and pay the cost of one pizza.
Dood(ette), you can afford a pizza.
Make with the clicky and and buy Team Ubuntu a pizza. And in the little email form, tell them what kind a pizza you just bought them.
---
And yes I just bought Team Ubuntu 2 extra large Supreme Pizzas.

Nice idea ;)
It's refreshing to get interesting twists on donation drives. NPR is great at that.

Your choice on the source of the Pizza.
But really, send them the amount of money it costs to buy the pizza, and in addition to telling them what kind of pizza, you can tell them where from.
And heck, you can buy them some Mtn Dew or Red Bull, too.

Pizza is unhealthy in the long run... I'll buy them a nice big bowl of pasta salad or something...

Well, my fellow consumers, what kind of pizzas have we bought our favorite Linux Team?
Do tell.

"Well, for a $40.00 pledge, we have this handsome cheese pizza...and, for stepping up to the $75.00-level, we can add...genuine pepperoni! And for just an additional $75.00 (that's the $150.00-level pledge), we will provide cheese, mushrooms, pepperoni and sausage! Imagine that!"
(Sorry, my local PBS affiliate has apparently gone into terminal pledge-drive mode...)
BTW - I think a Large Supreme is in order, judging from Hoary so far...
