How to configure this?

How do you go about configuring this. My applications pane is empty unless I click on all applications' I would like to add some apps I use often.
I would also like to change what the button says.

Step 1: See the HowTo thread
Step 2: Use gconf-editor and look in /apps/usp there are tons of goodies to configure

We will have a gui configuration window coming out shortly...
