it indeed does look like a cool game. thing is, it seems they have not developed it for years. last news update was january 2004. too bad, a lot of free games just die from lack of development. i think the game was a bit too ambitious. i think that is the problem with free games, the devs shoot for the stars and get burned out because the project is way too large.

Not quite ... there is still some development, but progress is slow. However, this could easily change with some new developers (http://adonthell.linuxgames.com/development/join.shtml).

I've played and beaten Adonthell on Mandy. It's not a bad way to spend an afternoon, but it's boring after that 'cause of there only being one storyline
