I need help with Ventrilo I Installed it Correctly I know I did I followed the thread posted here: http://www.ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=41737
.
What is happening is when I start Ventrilo It comes up to the main window where you hit connect Well, I hit connect and I get the following error:
Unable to initialize outbound coded (GSM 6.10 -11 KHz, 16-bit): Unable to find the specified codec.
Here is my Terminal for Ventrilo:
If someone can do me a little favor and tell me exactly what to do here Id really apreciatte it Alot :D.
As for my Soldier of Fortune 2 Questions:
I want to install Sof2 on my Ubunto Linux System... The way I want to do it is from my Fathers PC, By going into his network and sharing the folder and going on my pc and copying it to my pc through Network Servers... But i know you have to you Wine to use it and I did it like this:
# Cd Sof2
# wine ./SoF2MP.exe
But when I get through the it says:
It is highly unlikely that a correct window display can be initialized with the current desktop display depth. Select "OK" to try anyway. Press "Cancel" if you have a 3D fx Voodoo, Voodoo-2, or Voodoo Rush 3d Accelerator installed, or if you otherwise want to quit.
Now In windows it said this for like OpenGl or something when I did the tutorial it said: "Make sure you have OpenGL Compiled".
Here is my Terminal Window for Wine when I try to initiate it:
iskander@iskander-desktop:~$ cd SOF2
iskander@iskander-desktop:~/SOF2$ wine ./SoF2MP.exe
fixme:thread:NtQueryInformationThread Cannot get kerneltime or usertime of other threads
How do I Complile OpenGL to play the game?
