Can't get Java binaries

as the title says i can't get Java binaries

i followed the wiki: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Java

read many threads, and i just cant seem to get them.the wiki gives us http://www-128.ibm.com/developerworks/java/jdk/linux/download.html which you need an 'ibm-id/account' which i dont have, and the registration wont let my application go through. so how am i supposed to get it?! ](*,) ](*,) ](*,)

Try Easyubuntu or Automatix; running either of these will install Java, among other things. I make no recommendation as to which one is better. Look in the 3d party Ubuntu Projects part of the forum for more information.
