does anyone know where the drivers are stored that Ubuntu uses, im trying to take another linux distro where the drivers for serten devices do not work and replace them with the Ubuntu drivers to the devices will work

i think you should just request the distro maker to inlcude it in the distro
or just use ubuntu itself :)
