How do you delete a post!

The tool tip over the edit scissors you see with your own posts, says something like 'edit/delete message'. I can edit, but how do I delete it? Btw, I have a double post in which I have deleted the content but not the post over in cafe if someone could delete it, I'd appreciate it. http://www.ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=220482

I think the delete option has been disabled for users. The best thing to do is either post here, or (better yet) PM a staff person. I noticed that someone already took care of the double post for you. :)
