Don't you think that we mostly aren't fairies, and we don't know what happened except it didn't work?
Just try to tell something more - Did it crash? Did it throw out any messages? Maybe it didn't react..?

It seems that you don't have g++, just do "sudo apt-get install g++".
And I still dunno what you're trying to do, maybe I don't know Anjuta well enough (okay, I haven't user it for more that ten minutes ;-) ).

lorap

i've installed already g++ as i saw it prompting for it but it still crushes.
and what is that strange directory i have mentioned above?

nihius
March 25th, 2005, 04:42 PM
try:
sudo apt-get install cvs

lorap
March 25th, 2005, 07:53 PM
nope...
it still popups me this error message:

ERROR: The Project was not successfully auto generated.
Please run autogen.sh manually.

but the error message "can't find ./intl" directory has gone :-)
thank you friend

How about:
sudo apt-get install g++ gettext

lorap
March 26th, 2005, 02:42 PM
i get this error:

sudo apt-get install g++ gettext

E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 Resource temporarily unavail able)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another proc ess using it?

You probably have synaptic package manager running. You could also install those packages using synaptic package manager.
