Hi there,
I've recently built a dual-boot desktop with a GTX 670 and am experiencing a persistent graphical glitch in 12.04, wherein there is a vertical band of choppy distortion in the top quarter of the monitor (Dell U2312HM). This is most evident during web-page scrolling and video playback and does not occur on the (rarely used) Windows install.
I've been using the Nvidia drivers, but neither the version current and experimental variants seem to improve the issue. I can't see any glaring options in Nvidia x server settings to address this either.
Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
