Failed to retrieve share list from server: Connection timed out

Hi,

I just updated from ubuntu 12.xx to 13.04. Before the update, I was easily able to access the window shared computers on my network. However after the update, I tried to access the window computers and they work the first time. When I try to acces the same computer again, there is an error message "Unable to access location Failed to retrieve share list from server: Connection timed out". I have tried almost everything already available on the internet but nothing seems to solve my problem.

I would really appreciate a solution to this problem.

Further information:

It seems that I cannot access only the computers for which I had stored password before updating the Ubuntu. I can still access all other computers on the network which I had not tried to access earlier.

Does anyone know how I can get rid of old login information?
