Sound and Video are playing too fast

Hello, out of nowhere it seems the sound and video is playing too fast! When I go on YouTube , MSN , ect. all of the videos and music are playing slightly faster and it is bothering me. I hope below is enough information...

And... it has started again. It seems that when I open Rhythm Box and play a song it goes to normal and youtube ect. works. Then after a few videos it just goes back to fast and high pitched.

The sound and video are working and playing. It just seems too fast!
