check this out: http://scott.weston.id.au/software/pymissile/. it was done on ubuntu so i figured id throw it up here
let me know if this is a dupe and i'll delete the thread or something

Requirements:
-------------
0. python (>=2.3)
1. libusb (>=0.1.8)
2. pyusb (==0.3.1) python module with patch included below
3. urwid python module

i thought this was pretty funny...

Usage:

im tempted to buy one of those rockets and play with them, see what i can do with it.

one of these rockets (shipped to US) ends up around $60.

i bought into the temptation and ordered one...it ends up being $80. it will be a hell of a fun toy though, and my dad is interested in playing with it too (hes a big python hacker)
