I am using micromax 353 3g usb modem but ubuntu 12.4 Lts does not detect the modem
I used this technique which is posted here but it failed.I cannot open sakis 3g web page give good solution

Please take a breath about my response. I don't have your equipment and don't have your problem.

Which shows how to do this. As you seem new to Ubuntu-Linux, please read the above carefully. You may not understand what is being asked of you to do, so, come back to this Forum and ask specific questions.

Also, someone else MAY have a working modem by using Wine. I would suggest the first post a better. It looks like it's more work, but using Wine you would actually be using another layer of software to get your stuff up-and-running. Again, I'm not an expert nor do I have any experience with your products.
