Just let a moderator/admin know the URL.

An open discussion as to opinion and as to whether or not an OP should be able to control their own post is sound logic.
What possibly could be wrong with an OP having the right to delete their own zero axtivity post?
An OP should be the final judge as to whether or not a post should remain on the forum if the post has zero replies.
A sticky could keep the subject alive and promote discussion.
After all, is not Forum Discusion the correct place to post stickies on such subject matter.

I like the idea of having the right and ability to delete my own post if the post has zero replies. Make it a sticky and lets jabber about it,:)

The forum permissions will not allow us to fine tune a users permissions down that far, hence if we enabled this the OP could remove the whole thread and damage the integrity of the conversion. So at this time what is being discussed is not an option.

I still don't get what this has to do with stickies...

I think the poster was asking that the discussion regarding deleting their own threads and the administrative reply - be stickied.
I'm not sure that we get asked the question about deleting threads often enough to warrant a sticky here, however.

:) Thank you kassetra for explaining it so well. That is exactly what I believe the OP has in mind.:)

I think that zero threads could be left, after all they aren't going to take up much space. You never know, after a longer period of time somebody might answer the question. This would probably be too late for the OP, but helpful to someone in the future who does a forum search.
The last time I wanted a thread removed, I just PM'd a Moderator. I don't know if it is such a regular occurance that the Moderators are snowed under with delete-this-thread requests, but it seems more feasible.
